SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OTSEGO PRAIRIE CENTER
October 13, 2014
Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 7:41 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Jason Warehime and Doug Schroeder.
Excused absence: Councilmember Vern Heidner and Tom Darkenwald.
Staff: Lori Johnson, City Administrator; Dan Jordet, Administrative Services Director; Ron
Wagner, City Engineer; Daniel Licht, City Planner and Andy MacArthur, City Attorney and Tami
Loff, City Clerk.
1. 2015 Budget.
City Administrator Johnson said since two Councilmembers are absent City staff is
recommending delaying until the October 27 Special meeting.
Mayor Stockamp motioned to delay the Utility Budget discussion until October 27,
2014 at the Special meeting directly following the regular City Council meeting.
Seconded by CM Schroeder. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Adjourn.
CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Schroeder. All in favor.
Motion carried. Adjourned at 7:43 PM.
