CITY COUNCIL -PLANNING COMMISSION
WORKSHOP
MARCH 1, 2004
The City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint Workshop
Immediately following the Planning Commission Meeting.
1. Mayor Fournier will call the Workshop to order:
Mayor Fournier called the Workshop to order at 7:38 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia
Wendel and Jerry Struthers. Planning Commission Members: Chair Richard
Nichols; Planning Commission Members: Jim Kolles, Steve Schuck, Ken Fry, Pam
Black, Doug Hackman and Tammie Fallon.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator and Ron Wagner, City Engineer.
2. Discussion of the Transportation Plan with City Engineer Ron Wagner.
Ron Wagner discussed with everyone the Roadway Functional Classification Map
and Plan. He explained the MSA streets and how it works and applies in Otsego.
Mr. Wagner also explained the Street Access Fees, NE Wright County
Transportation Study and the proposed interchanges on State Highway 101
3. Any other items.
Mike Robertson said the next Workshop would be on land use.
4. Adjourn.
