MARCH 15, 2004
1. Mayor Fournier will call the Workshop to order:
Mayor Fournier called the Workshop to order at 7:37 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia
Wendel and Jerry Struthers.
Planning Commission: Chair Richard Nichols; Commission Members: Ken Fry,
Steve Schuck, Pam Black, David Thompson, Tammie Fallon and Doug Hackman.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator and Dan Licht, City Planner.
2. Discussion of Comprehensive Plan:
A. Draft Sewer Staging Plan/Land Use Plan.
Dan Licht presented the Planner's Report.
Overall, the consensus of the group was they agreed with Dan Licht's proposed
Land Use Plan. They discussed changing some of the Rural Residential to W-4,
Urban Service Reserve Area and W-2 to Rural residential. They discussed
possible school locations. Dan Licht will update the Land Use Plan and bring
back.
4. Adjourn.
Workshop adjourned at 9:09 PM.
