CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
REGARDING .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section 5-2-2 of the City Code is hereby amended to revise the
following definition to read as follows
Firearm: Any device from which may be fired or ejected, one (1) or more
solid projectiles by means of a cartridge or shell or by the action of an
explosive substance; or for which the propelling force is a spring, elastic
band, carbon dioxide, air or other gas or vapor and including archery
equipment.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
