AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ISLAND VIEW ESTATES
BLOCK STORM SEWER TAX IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN:
Section 1. There is hereby established pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 444.17 the
Island View Estates Block 4 Storm Sewer Tax Improvement District over the
following described lands within the boundaries of the City of Otsego; Lot 2
through Lot 9 of Block 4 Island View Estates and Lot 4 Block 1 of Island View
Estates 2nd Addition and Outlot A of Grenins Mississippi Hills as graphically
depicted on the attached Exhibit A.
Section 2. The Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
