CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SIDEWALK AND TRAIL MAINTENANCE POLICY.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego has a system of public sidewalks and trails within
the public right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to establish a policy regarding the
on-going maintenance of public sidewalks and trails; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Public Works Supervisor have prepared a
Sidewalk and Trail Maintenance Policy attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Subcommittee on 22 December 2010 reviewed the
Sidewalk and Trail Maintenance Policy and recommends it's approval.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Otsego
that the Sidewalk and Trail Maintenance Policy is hereby adopted and shall be in full
force and effect.
