A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR 70" STREET FOR CONSTRUCTION OF'/4 MILE OF
MARLOW AVE. TO MARTIN FARMS AVE. AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN OF
MARTIN FARMS AVE. TO OAKWOOD AVE.
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of
February 2011, ordering Hakanson Anderson to prepare plans and specifications
for 70th Street in the City of Otsego;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Hakanson Anderson is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement, and are hereby directed and authorized to prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the council this 28th day of February 2011.
