RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Council requesting, Hakanson Anderson has prepared
plans and specifications for the Otsego Elementary and CSAH 42 Safe Routes to
School Trail (SRTS), S.P. 86-591-02, Otsego Elementary City Trail and Meadowlands
City Trail;
and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. Approve such plans and specifications, dated September 15, 2010 by the
City Engineer and receiving Mn/DOT State Aid approval in February 2011, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
Adopted by the council this 28th day of February 2011.
