RESOLUTION REVISING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Otsego that the streets hereinafter
described are designated Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Otsego that the
roads described as follows, to -wit:
MSA Route No. 217-101 — Nashua Avenue NE from Wright CSAH 37 to 77th Street NE
MSA Route No. 217-102 — 85th Street NE from Wright CSAH 19 to Nashua Avenue NE
MSA Route No. 217-103 — Palmgren Avenue NE from CSAH 37 to 78th Street NE
MSA Route No. 217-108 — 78th Street NE from Nashua Avenue NE to Odean Avenue
MSA Route No. 217-112 — 70th Street NE from Marlowe Avenue NE to Nashua Avenue NE
be, and hereby subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of
Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said roads or portions thereof, that
same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of
Otsego, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Streets 217-101, 217-102, 217-103,
217-108, and 217-112.
