RES 11-13RESOLUTION NO. 2011-13
RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Otsego that the streets
hereinafter described should be revoked Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions
of Minnesota law.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Otsego
that the roads described as follows, to -wit:
Randolph Avenue NE from Wright CSAH 36 to 65th Street NE
65th Street NE from Randolph Avenue NE to Wright CSAH 42
be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the
Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for
his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revocation of said roads or portions
thereof.
