RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the council has ordered a report to be
prepared by Hakanson Anderson with reference to the improvement of Block 4 of Island
View Estates, and this report will be received by the council on July 25,2011;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
OTSEGO MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the
making of such improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefiting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444 with the estimated total cost of the improvement being
$12,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th
day of July, 2011 in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the council this 13th day of June, 2011.
