WHEREAS, pursuant to Solicitation for Quotes for the Installation of Drain Tile
for the City of Otsego, quotes were received, opened and tabulated.

AND WHEREAS, it appears that Fehn Companies of Albertville, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Fehn Companies of Albertville, Minnesota in the name of the City of
Otsego for the Installation of Drain alle, accoinon filen h e office ofto the ans and the City Clerk.specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of September, 2011.
