luncheon.

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The Administrative Subcommittee discussed at their November meeting the option of holding the
luncheon at 4 PM and closing one hour early or to continue as in the past and hold at noon. After
discussion the holiday luncheon planning committee decided to hold the luncheon at noon. City staff is
looking for approval to close City Hall for one hour during the staff holiday luncheon scheduled for
December 18, 2014 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Prairie Center.
