RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GAMBLING PERMIT
Resolution No. 98-6
WHEREAS, American Bikers Awareness Training and Education (hereinafter
"ABATE"), a non-profit organization, requests approval to conduct drawings, a form of
gambling, for various products and services as a fundraiser for the organization.
WHEREAS, the drawings are to take place on April 18, 1998, at the Riverwood
Conference Center, located at 10990 NE 95h Street in the City of Otsego, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the City of Otsego, a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Minnesota, has authority to approve of gambling operations within the city under
Minn. Statute 349.213.
NOWTHEREFORE, the City of Otsego hereby grants approval of ABATE to
conduct the drawings, a form of gambling, on April 18, 1998, at the Riverwood
Conference Center located at 10990 NE 95h Street, Otsego, Minnesota.
