CITY OF OTSEGO
CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
October 3, 2005
Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Larry Fournier,
Councilmembers Vern Heidner, Mark Thorsted, Jessica Stockamp,
and Dan Scharber.
City Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson, City Clerk
Judy Hudson, City Accountant Gary Groen, and Bookkeeper Kathy
Grover.
Mayor Fournier called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Review of Proposed Personnel Manual Changes - Mike Robertson
reviewed the proposed changes to the Personnel Manual. The
Council gave the following direction.
1) Remove Compensatory time.
2) Obtain cost estimates for long term disability
insurance.
3) Check to be certain Personnel Manual and Insurance
policies are the same.
4) Check with the City Attorney regarding accrued vacation
and development fees.
5) Set a workshop once everything is done regarding the
proposed cafeteria plan.
With no other business, Mayor Fournier adjourned the meeting
at 7:58 p.m.
