CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
October 6, 2005
Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Larry Fournier,
Councilmembers Dan Scharber, Mark Thorsted, Jessica Stockamp,
and Vern Heidner.
City Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson, City
Engineer Ron Wagner, Assistant City Engineer Joe Palawa.
Mayor Fournier called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Review of Options for 62nd Street and Ouale Avenue Improvement
- Ron Wagner and Joe Palawa reviewed several scenarios for
improving the road and stormwater drainage situations at 62'`
Street and Quale Avenue. The consensus of the neighborhood
members in attendance and the City Council was that there was
enough interest to proceed with a feasibility study. Council
directed Mike Robertson to put this item on the next City
Council meeting to order a feasibility study.
With no other business, Mayor Fournier adjourned the meeting
at 9:38 P.
