CITY OF OTSEGO
CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
October 17, 2005
Roll Call: Otsego City Council: Mayor Larry Fournier,
Councilmembers Dan Scharber, Mark Thorsted, Jessica Stockamp,
and Vern Heidner.
City Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson, City Clerk
Judy Hudson and Public Works Director Brad Belair.
Mayor Fournier called the workshop to order at 5:00 p.m.
Public Works Building Plans - Council discussed several
building options with Jeff and Tom of Oertel Architects.
Oertel was directed to begin preparations of plans and
specifications based on Council desires.
Other Business - Council directed Mike Robertson to have
Financial Advisor Paul Donna update his projections for
borrowing for the Public Works building and to include a cost
estimate of borrowing up to $3,000,000.
Brad Belair updated Council on drainage issues.
With no other business, Mayor Fournier adjourned the meeting
at 6:45 p.m.
