5.1. Approve Claims List.
6. Dan Licht, City Planner:
6.1. Riverwood Inn & Conference - PUD Amendment to allow an
existing garage to be converted into an office.
6.2. Any other Planning Items.
7. Ron Wagner, City Engineer:
7.1. Consider Final Pay Estimate #5 - Quaday and 88th Street.
7.2. Consider Pay Estimate #4 for 42/39 Intersection.
7.3. Discussion of Collector Road Access Fee for 70`h St and MacIver Avenue.
7.4. Consider approval of Otsego Creek Study Area Storm Water Report and
set a date for Public Hearing.
7.5. Any other Engineering Business.
8. Andrew MacArthur, City Attorney:
8.1. Public Hearing for an amendment to the Sunday Liquor Ordinance, to
allow sale of alcohol at 10 AM rather than 12 Noon.
8.2. Any other Legal Issues.

A. East and West Sewer Plant Update.
9.1. Mike Robertson, City Administrator:
A. Population estimate as of January 1, 2003.
9.2. Judy Hudson, City Clerk.

Consent Agenda Items: Are considered to be routine and non -controversial by the Council and will be
approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember, Staff
member, or Citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and
considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
The City Council has been provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and
appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based on this information, as well as City
policy, practices, input from constituents and a Councilmember's personal judgment.
