RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the hiring of the following employees as Recreation Leads. Theirjob will involve building
and program supervision, and they will on occasion assist with special events and/or entertainment.
Karen Wingaard at $14.00 per hour
Rachel Ennen at $14.00 per hour

BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION:
The two individuals currently being recommended for the position of Recreation Lead are both
experienced in building supervision and leading recreational activities. The cost for a majority of the
work that they will perform will be offset by either building rental fees or recreation program fees.
There will be times that both staff may work a special event or entertainment throughout the year.
Both staff have been interviewed and passed a background check.
