1 Acting Mayor Vern Heidner will call meeting to order.
Acting Mayor Heidner called the Special City Council Meeting to order at 6:48 PM.
Roll Call: Councilmembers: Mark Berning, Virginia Wendel, Vern Heidner.
Absent: Mayor Larry Fournier and Councilmember Suzanne Ackerman.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk and Gary Groen,
City Accountant.
Mike Robertson went over the NAC Memo regarding the Pheasant Ridge EAW.
CM Wendel motioned that the potential environmental effects of the Pheasant
Ridge Project have been adequately addressed and the preparation of an EIS for
Pheasant Ridge is not required. Seconded by CM Berning. All in favor. Motion
carried.
CM Berning motioned to adjourn the Special City Council Meeting. Seconded by
CM Wenc>lel. All in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 PM.
