On 3-19-99 I was at this property and was not permitted to view it so my only
choice was to guess at a value. On 4-22-99 I was permitted to view this property and I
came up with a value of $156,900. The value prior to this was $211,000, a difference of
$54,100. I believe this to be a fair market value.
