Attending the Closed City Council Meeting for the purpose of discussing pending
litigation relating to easement acquisition was Mayor Fournier, CM Heidner, CM Berning,
CM Wendel, CM Ackerman.
Staff. Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator; Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk and Andrew MacArthur, City Attorney.
CM Ackerman motioned to adjourn the Closed Meeting at 10:15 PM. Seconded by
CM Wendel. All in favor. Motion carried.
