Attending the Closed City Council Meeting for the purpose of discussing pending
litigation were Mayor Fournier, CM Berning, CM Wendel, CM Ackerman.
Absent: CM Heidner
Staff. Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator; Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk and Andrew MacArthur, City Attorney.
CM Wendel motioned to adjourn the Closed Meeting at 9:17 PM. Seconded by CM
Ackerman. All in favor. Motion carried.
