RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve streets within Hall's 1at, 2nd & 3`d Additions,
Deer Field Acres and Hidden Valley plats, Walesch Estates and Walesch Estates 2nd
Addition, Vasseur's Oak Grove Estates 1 a, 2nd, 3rd & 0 Additions, Otsego Acres 1 at and
2"d Additions, Great River Acres 1st, 2nd and 3rd Additions, and Mason Ave. (CSAH 39 to
83rd St. NE), 83rd St. N.E.Marlowe Ave. NE to Mason Ave. NE), Marlow Ave. NE (83rd
St. NE to 80th St. NE), 80 St. NE (Marlowe Ave. NE to CSAH 19), and to assess the
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF OTSEGO,
MINNESOTA;
That the proposed improvement be referred to
Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report ti
speed advising the council in a preliminary way
