A. Conditional Use Permit to allow applicant to fill more than
50 cubic yards in the Flood Fringe Area.

6.1. Consideration of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints request for:
A. Re -zone Lot 1, Block 1, Hidden Creek Trails from A-2
Agricultural to INS, Institutional District.

A. PUD Development Stage Plan to develop a bank/office

8.1. Public Hearing for vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement in
Lot 5, Block 3, Pheasant Ridge 5t' Addition. Applicant is Arcon.
8.2. Closed Meeting for Attomey/Client privilege.
8.3. Resolution for condemnation of 85`" Street Extension.
8.4. Any other Legal Items.

A. East and West Sewer Plant Update.
B. Set Public Works Sub -committee Meeting.

A. Consider Budget Transfer Resolution.

Consent Agenda Items: Are considered to be routine and non -controversial by the Council and will be
approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember, Staff
member, or Citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and
considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
The City Council has been provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and
appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based on this information, as well as City
policy, practices, input from constituents and a Councilmember's personal judgment.
