Approve Resolution 2001-28 Adopting the State Building Code 1997 Fee Schedule for Calculating Building Permit Fees. 6. Dan Licht, City Planner: A. Consideration of Amendment to Zoning Ordinance regarding detached Accessory building area within the rural service area. B. Parks and Trails Plan. C. Any other planning business. 7. Larry Koshak, City Engineer: 7.1. Consider acceptance of the Feasibility Report for 85h Street (Today Property). 7.2. Set date for vacation hearing and closure of Parsons Avenue from Quaday Avenue to 7& Street. 7.3.
