A. Approval of the proposed 2002 Budget.
B. Approval of Resolution 2001-38 setting a Final Tax Levy for 2002
Budget Appropriations.
2. Consider agenda approval.
3. Consider the following minutes:
A. City Council Meeting of November 29, 2001.
B. July 30, 2001 Public Hearing on 88`h Street Improvement.
(The City Attorney reviewed these)
4. Open Forum: (5 minute limit)
5. Consent Agenda. (Non -controversial items)
5.1. Approve Claims List.
5.2. Approve Final Payment of $23,679.00 to Gridor Construction including a
Change Order for a deduction of $3,041.10. (Wastewater Treatment Plant)
6. Dan Licht, City Planner:
6.1. Rezoning, Preliminary and Final Plat for Autumn Woods III Addition.
6.2. CUP to build a single-family residence in the 100 -Year Floodplain.
and variance to build an access to the property below the regulatory
flood elevation for property located on Parrish Avenue.

7. Ron Wagner, City Engineer:
7.1. Consider approval of Pay Estimate #1 to Meadowvale Construction
For 77`h Street Culvert Replacement.

A. East and West Sewer Plant Update.

A. Resolution 2001-37 authorizing and pledging support for
Voting Equipment Grant Application.

Consent Agenda Items: Are considered to be routine and non -controversial by the Council and will be
approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember,
Staff member, or Citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and
considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.
The City Council has been provided background information for agenda items in advance by staff and
appointed commissions, committees and boards. Decisions are based on this information, as well as City
policy, practices, input from constituents and a Councilmember's personal judgment.
