OPEN FORUM: None
PUBLIC SAFETY UPDATE:
Elk River Fire Dept — Working towards goal of 10 new recruits for 2015. Reviewed call summary. Nothing
unusual.
Albertville Fire Dept — The dept has approved a full time fire chief position, and will begin the process of hiring.
Reviewed call summary. Nothing unusual.
Rogers Fire Dept — In process of adding additional firefighters from current 41, to 50 by 2018. Purchased new
heavy rescue vehicle in October.
Wright Co Police — Quiet police activity. Extra patrols have been assigned to Beaudry Meadow Park in response
to recent complaints.

The open position on the commission has been posted on the city website.
A motion was made by Rob and seconded by Jim, to vote whether the commission will continuing to participate in
Adopt -a -street program. Motion approved to continue participating in Adopt -a -street program. Jim, Paul, Chuck
and Mark voted yes.
