SPECIAL CITY MEETING

Call to Order.
Mayor Jessica Stockamp called the meeting to order at 6.00 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Jason Warehime and Doug
Schroeder. Councilmember Tom Darkenwald was absent. Staff: Lori Johnson, City
Administrator.
1. Advisory Commission Interviews.
The City Council interviewed applicants. Following interviews the Council discussed
appointments and directed the City Administrator to place the appointments for all commissions
except the Parks and Recreation Commission on the February 11, 2013, consent agenda. The
Council requested that additional applications for the Parks and Recreation Commission be
solicited. The Council agreed to make appointments to this commission on February 22, 2013,

CM Warehime motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Schroeder. All in favor.
Motion carried. Adjourned at 8.15 PM.
