The City Council approved Ordinance 2013-04 regarding special assessments for public improvement
projects at their meeting on 28 January 2013. City staff has drafted a summary of the approved
ordinance for publication as allowed by State Statutes 412.191, Subd. 4 and 331A.01, Subd.10.

CITY OF OTSEGO
COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO
REGARDING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OTSEGO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1. Chapter 6, Section 4 of the City Code is hereby repealed in its
entirety and replaced by the following provisions:

entirety and this section reserved for future use.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and publication.
