1. Mayor Fournier call the meeting to order.
Mayor Fournier called the meeting to order at 6:31 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Virginia
Wendel and Jerry Struthers. Dan Scharber arrived at 7:10 PM.
Staff. Mike Robertson, City Administrator and Judy Hudson, City Clerk; Ron
Wagner, City Engineer and Jon Ludwig, assisting with the interviews for Building
Official.
A. Pumphouse No. 3 Bids.
Ron Wagner reviewed the SCADA and electrical components of the Pumphouse project
for any possible cost reductions as outlined in his attached report.
CM Heidner motioned to award the bid to EnComm Midwest for $807,677.00.
Seconded by CM Struthers. All in favor. Motion carried.
2. Interview applicants for the Building Official position
The City Council interviewed the following: Mike Bunnell, Tim Rochel, Elvin Erickson,
Terry Zajac, John Benson and Dennis Anderson. The Council agreed that Tim Rochel,
Elvin Erickson and Terry Zajac should have a second interview on June 26, 2003 at 6:30
PM.
3. Any other Issues.
None.
4. Adjourn.
Mayor Fournier motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor.
Motion carried.
