Vice Mayor Larry Fournier called the Board of Review to order at 6:06 PM.

SlaM Pete Merges, City Assessor; Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning Administrator;
Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk.
VM Fournier turned the meeting over to the City Assessor, Pete Merges.
Mr. Merges went through the attached letters he and Randal L. DesMarais, Assistant
County Assessor, wrote to the residents after the site visits were completed and evaluated.

(Discussion occurrred between the motion being made and the actual vote)
Discussion: VM Fournier clarified that anyone may attend the County Board of Review if
they attended the City Board of Review.
CM Black motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Ackerman. All in favor. Motion
carried.
Board of Review adjourned at 6:25 PM.
Mr. Merges asked for a copy of the Minutes sent to him and Mr. DesMarais.
