CITY COUNCIL CLOSED MEETING

Mayor Norman F. Freske called the Meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
The Meeting was closed.
The following were in attendance and identified themselves:
Norman F. Freske, Mayor
Ron Black, City Council
Vern Heidner, City Council
Larry Fournier, City Council
Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning Administrator
Ted Fields, Engineer
Tom Noyes, Engineer
Jerry Von Korff, Attorney
Larry Koshak, City Engineer
Suzanne Ackerman arrived at 7 PM, City Council
Dean Johnson via telephone, Planner
The purpose of this Closed Meeting was for purpose of discussing annexation issues
under the Attorney/Client Exception to the Open Meeting Law. Discussion was
held.
CM Black motioned to close the Closed Meeting. Seconded by CM Ackerman. All
in favor. Motion carried. Meeting closed.
CM Black motioned to direct the Council to amend existing petition to the
Minnesota Municipal Board and file new petition to annex that portion of Frankfort
Township depicted on the map in the petition:
From TWP 120 N, R23 W, Wright County, the following described property: That
part of Sec. 1 and 2 lying N of the Crow River, all of Sec. 3 and 4 and that part of
Sec 5 and 6 lying N of Interstate 94 and not already included in the Albertville City
limits; Sec. 12 lying N of the Crow River.
Seconded by CM Fournier. All in favor. Motion carried.
CM Heidner motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Ackerman. All in favor.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 8:43 PM.
