Mayor Norman F. Freske called the Meeting to order at 7:58 PM.

Purpose of this Closed Meeting was to discuss Attorney/Client privileged information
regarding annexation issues. Discussion was held.
CM Heidner motioned to adjourn the Closed Meeting. Seconded by CM Black.
All in favor. Motion carried.
Adjourned at 9:20 PM.
