Purpose of this Closed Meeting was to discuss Attorney/Client privileged information Re:
Annexation issues with Jerry VonKorff, Attorney, via telephone. Discussion was held.
CM Fournier motioned to close the Meeting at 10:14 PM. Seconded by CM
Ackerman. All in favor. Motion carried.
