1 _ Call to order/ Roll Call
Mayor Fournier called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Mark Berning, Virginia Wendel,
Vern Heidner, Suzanne Ackerman.
Staff: City Administrator Michael Robertson.
2. Review of Organizational Study,
Council reviewed the organization study with Administrator Robertson. Council reviewed
the areas of financial management and managerial coordination. Council was in consensus
that the best way to free up staff time was to stop recording and taking detailed minutes at
all Council and sub -committee workshops. Council was in consensus that they were not
willing to hire any part-time office help. Council was in consensus that after trying this
first step they would look at possibly hiring someone just to do the minutes at Council
meetings. Council also directed Administrator Robertson to present a contract proposal
to them.
CM Ackermann left the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
Mayor Fournier motioned to adjourned.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM.
