RESOLUTION NO. 99-34
RESOLUTION ORDERING RUPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego previously requested a report
regarding the feasibility of certain Street and Utility Improvements to Portions of
Quaday Avenue, 78`h Street, and Page Avenue (City Project 99.02); and
WHEREAS, the consultant City Engineer Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc.
has prepared such a report and presented it to the Council.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OTSEGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed.
3. Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
ADOPTED BY THE OTSEGO CITY COUNCIL this 26 day of July, 1999.
