Mayor Norman F. Freske called the Meeting to order at 9:00 PM.

Purpose of this Closed Meeting was to discuss Attorney/Client privilege regarding Lefco
Farm litigation.
Discussion was held.
CM Black motioned to adjourn the Closed Meeting. Seconded by CM Heidner.
All in favor. Motion carried.
