10-09-97 SCCCITY OF OTSEGO WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING 10 AM REVIEW REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR OCTOBER 9, 1997 OTSEGO CITY HALL Mayor Fournier called the Special Meeting to order for the purpose of reviewing Requests for Proposals for the Interim City Administrator. Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers: Suzanne Ackerman, Mark Berning, Vern Heidner and Virginia Wendel. CM Ackerman left prior to the completion of the review of the second proposal. Staff: Andrew MacArthur, City Attorney; Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning Administrator and Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk. Mike Robertson presented his proposed contract for Interim City Administrator. The City Council asked questions and discussed. David Hozza presented his proposed contract for Interim City Administrator. The City Council asked questions and discussed. Mayor Fournier did explain to both Mr. Robertson and Mr. Hozza that hopefully a decision will be reached at the next City Council Meeting (October 13, 1997) and they would be notified.
