Call to Order.
Vice Chair VonBerg called the meeting to order at 5:02 PM.
Roll Call: Chair Angie Dehn; Commissioners: Peter Torresani, Charles VonBerg, Jim
Breitbach, Brian Fahey, Susan Krekelberg and Corey Tanner. City Council: Commission
Member Doug Schroeder. Absent Mayor Jessica Stockamp Staff: Ross Demant, Parks
and Recreation Manager, Recreation Programmer Amy Stemler and Connie Schwecke,
Recreation Assistant.

2. Consider agenda approval
Commissioner Torresani motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Fahey . All in favor. Motion carried.
3.1 April 15 Regular Meeting Minutes.
Commissioner VonBerg motioned to approve as written. Seconded by
Commissioner Torrresani . All in favor. Motion carried.

5.1 Parks and Recreation Commission touring City parks.
6. Parks and Recreation Manager Update.
Parks and Recreation Manager Demant will give update during tour of the City
parks.
7. City Council Reports.
Doug Schroeder reported construction is going well and that it looked hopeful for
an increase in building for the City.
