RESOLUTION NO. 2015-15
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Otsego allows charitable gambling within the
City subject to restrictions set forth in the City Code;
WHEREAS, the Rogers Youth Hockey Association has submitted a complete application
for premises charitable gambling at The Igloo LLC and has met the criteria set forth in
the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Otsego that Rogers Youth Hockey Association request for a premise permit at
The Igloo LLC, 15850 87th Street NE, Otsego, MN 55330 hereby approved.
Motion for adoption of the resolution by Heidner ,
Seconded by Schroeder at the meeting of the Otsego City Council
on the 9th day of March 2015.
