Mayor Fournier called to order at 6 PM.
Mr. Merges presented the attached letters to the Council stating the results of the
properties that were reviewed and his recommendations.

CM Heidner motioned to reduce valuation of the building to $82,600 and reduce the
land valuation by $12,200 for PID 118-802-024303 and reduce the land valuation of
PID 118-802-024304 by $2,400. Seconded by Mayor Fournier. All in favor.
