1. Consider the following minutes:
1.1 March 3, 2015 Planning Commission.
2. Public Hearing Items:
2.1 Boondox Bar and Grille: (Per applicant tabled until May 4, 2015)
A. Amendment of the Planned Unit Development- Conditional Use Permit
approved October 24, 2011 to allow restaurant/bar occupancy of the former
clubhouse building for other than an office and the 2002 expansion area and
other site/building plan changes.
2.2 Wildflower Meadows 4th Addition:
A. PUD-CUP/Preliminary Plat for development of nine (9) detached townhouse
dwelling units.
B. Final Plat of Wildflower Meadows 5th Addition
C. Vacation of existing public right-of-way.
3. Update on City Council actions.
4. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items.
5. Adj ourn.
