Boondox Bar and Grill has requested that consideration of their application for a PUD -
CUP to allow use of the second principal building upon the property as an event
center/banquet facility and construction of an outdoor bar be tabled.
The Planning Commission should declare the public hearing open and then motion to
table the application to the next regular meeting on 4 May 2015. Public comment will
then be allowed to be taken as part of the formal record when the application is
considered.
