RESOLUTION NO. 2015-20
RESOLUTION ADOPTING OTSEGO ORDINANCE NO. 2015-03
REGARDING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS,
AMENDING ORDINANCES 2013-08 AND 2013-12
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend and modify Section 8 of the City Code,
Criminal Background Investigations as set forth in Otsego Ordinances 2013-08
and 2012-12; and
WHEREAS, the attached Ordinance No.2015-03 does amend and modify Section
8 of the City Code, Criminal Background Investigations.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the
City, City officials, City staff and residents that the existing ordinance be amended
and modified.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The City Council hereby adopts the attached OTSEGO ORDINANCE NO.
2015-08 REGARDING CRIMINAL BACKGROUND
INVESTIGATIONS, AMENDING ORDINANCES 2013-08 AND 2013-
12.
ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 2015 by the Otsego City Council.
