AGENDA ITEM DETAILS RECOMMENDATION: City staff recommends the City Council consider authorizing the hiring of Karrie Jackett as a temporary part-time project specific Imaging Document Assistant at $11.00 per hour. N/A N/A BACKGROUND/JUSTIFICATION: On March 9, 2015 the City Council approved advertising for a temporary project specific Imaging Document Assistant to scan and index the City property files and other city files as needed. The applications were reviewed and applicants were interviewed by City Clerk Tami Loff and Finance Assistant III Kathy Grover. The background check has been completed and City staff is recommending the hire of Karrie Jackett. Ms. Jackett brings previous government experience in document imaging and administrative office support. If approved, City Clerk Loff will work with Ms. Jackett on a schedule and a start date.
