Public Hearing Items: 2.1 Boondox Bar and Grille: (Tabled until June 1, 2015 Meeting) A. Amendment of the Planned Unit Development- Conditional Use Permit approved October 24, 2011 to allow restaurantibar occupancy of the former clubhouse building for other than an office and the 2002 expansion area and other site/building plan changes. 2.2 Riverbend South: A. Preliminary and final plat to subdivide one commercial lot and three outlots. 2.3 Kwik Trip: A. Conditional use permit to allow a convenience store with gasoline sales, commercial car wash and truck stop facility. Non- Hearing Item: 2.4 Wilson Preserve. 3. Update on City Council actions. 4. Update on future Planning Commission Agenda items. 5. Adj ourn. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: THE PROCEDURE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS IS WRITTEN ON THE BACK OF THIS AGENDA. NOTE: There may be a quorum of the City Council in attendance from time to time at City Commission meetings only for the purpose of observation and receiving information. CITY OF OTSEGO PUBLIC HEARING PROCEDURE To increase public understanding of the procedure being followed in public hearings, the following specific steps will be used in every hearing: 1) Chair -Description of application. 2) Staff -Description of request, results of investigation, recommendations 3) Applicant- Added comments and statements 4) Clerk -Verify that legal publications, mailings and postings have been completed 5) Chair -Open public hearing for public comments. 6) Chair -Call for P.C. discussion and questions 7) General Public -Additional comments 8) Chair -Close public hearing 9) Chair -Call for motion The City Council and Planning Commission want to assure that citizen comments regarding applications before the City are received at the proper time and place to be most effective. In order for some comments to be legally considered by the City Council and Planning Commission, they must be presented at a properly noticed public hearing. In conducting the public hearing and establishing a legal record of proceedings for the hearing, after the Planning Commission Chair has closed the public hearing people wishing to provide additional comments may be advised by the Planning Commission Chair and/or City staff that comments are no longer able to be heard.
