Mayor Fournier re -opened the Board of Review Meeting at 6:37 PM.
Roll Call: Mayor Larry Fournier; Councilmembers; Virginia Wendel, Suzanne Ackerman,
Vern Heidner, Mark Berning.
Staff: Mike Robertson, City Administrator; Elaine Beatty, City Clerk/Zoning
Administrator; Judy Hudson, Deputy Clerk, Andrew (Pete) Merges, City Assessor.

Mr. Merges went over the following properties he and Randy DesMarais, Assistant
Wright County Assessor reviewed on April 22, 1998.

Pete noted the only increase was for the land value of $1,000. Mr. Muller told the
assessors he has a water problem but it was dry at time of visit. Pete said he will revisit
this site after a rainfall. He recommends no change.
CM Wendel motioned to accept the City Assessor's recommendation of no change to
valuation. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in favor. Motion carried.

Mr. DesMarais went to the ASCS Office and reviewed the aerial map from which they
measured the land. Pete recommended the following land changes: Change Till C from
35 to 29.6 acres, change pasture acreage from 4 to 4.4. acres, change Waste B from 3
acres to 4 acres, leave road acreage at 1 acre and leave building site at 1 acre.
CM Heidner motioned to accept the City Assessor's recommendation for land
change as described above. Seconded by CM Ackerman. All in favor. Motion
carried.

CM Berning motioned to accept the City Assessor's recommendation of no change
in valuation. Seconded by CM Ackerman. All in favor. Motion carried.
Mayor Fournier motioned to lower the valuations on 118-157-001020 (Steven &
Carla Olson) 118-133-001020 (John & Michelle Robert's) 118-133-001030 (Stephen
and Julie Unruh) all from $20,000 to $1,700. These lots are not buildable and
similar to 118-157-001010 (Berning and Son) which was lowered upon owner's
request at the April 20, 1998 Board of Review. Seconded by CM Heidner. All in
favor. Motion carried.
