Pete and I reviewed the above property with the Mullers on 4/22/98 at 9:00 a.m. The land value
went up $1,000 for 1998, as did other lots in the area. The building value did not change. The
Mullers stated that they are now experiencing a water problem to their back yard when it rains
because of the new development behind them. Pete said he would check it out this summer if we
have a heavy rain. As for the 1998 assessment, we recommend no change, and the Mullers were
made aware of that when we were there.
