PUBLIC HEARING
UNPAID DEVELOPMENT ESCROW ACCOUNTS AND CHARGES RELATED TO
CODE ENFORCEMENT ASSESSMENT

1. Mayor Stockamp will open the Public Hearing.
Mayor Stockamp called the Public Hearing to order at 5:32 PM.
Roll call: Mayor Jessica Stockamp; Councilmembers: Vern Heidner, Tom Darkenwald,
Dan Scharber and Mark Thorsted.
Staff: City Administrator Mike Robertson; City Clerk Tami Loff, City Attorney Andy
MacArthur, City Planner Dan Licht, City Engineer Ron Wagner, Finance Director Gary
Groen and Accounting Clerk Sue Frisch.
2. City Attorney comments.
City Attorney MacArthur reviewed the assessments. He also noted the letter received by
Gary Knisley objecting to assessment.
3. Presentation of the Assessment Roll.
Mayor Stockamp opened the Public Hearing at 5:33 PM. Hearing no comment Mayor
Stockamp closed the Public Hearing at 5:34 PM.
4. Public Comments.
Dan Licht presented the proposed assessments. City Engineer Wagner presented
memo regarding the Knisley assessments for the record. Mayor Stockamp asked if Mr.
Knisley needs to sign a separate note stating objection. City Attorney MacArthur said
Mr. Knisley's letter is sufficient.
5. Close the Public Hearing.
CM Heidner motioned to adjourn. Seconded by CM Darkenwald. All in favor.
Motion carried. Adjourned at 5:39 PM.
